Solterra Sunset Villa is your private getaway with stunning southwest facing lake views, within the prestigious Solterra Resort. As part of a gated community, you'll experience an extra level of security and enjoy the many exclusive amenities at the resort clubhouse, which is only one block away. Our home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and can accommodates up to 12 guests.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features a living room and dining room that comfortably seats 8 guests, with additional seating in the kitchen. The adjacent room has a fully equipped kitchen, with an island, a kitchen table, and access to the patio doors leading out to the lanai. The kitchen area is open to the living room with an 80" smart TV. The vaulted ceilings with plenty of windows allow you to enjoy natural light throughout the day and evening.

There is also a spacious Master bedroom suite on the first floor with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV and a walk-in closet with a safe in it. The master bathroom features a soaker tub, walk in shower, and a private toilet. Adjacent to the laundry room, you'll find a convenient half bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR
Upstairs, the second floor boasts a second master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV, a walk in closet and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a 50" smart TV.

Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed with a 50" smart TV.

Bedroom 5 offers queen bed with a 50" smart TV.

Bedroom 6 has a Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds and is equipped with a TV.

The upstairs loft area is a great place for relaxing with a chaise couch, chair and is equipped with a TV and has video games.


OUTDOOR POOL AND LIVING AREA
The villa comes with a safety pool fence that can be removed and offers a private screened-in pool and spa/hot tub. An amazing space for you to relax and soak up the Florida sun in privacy. The covered lanai invites you to unwind and enjoy the outdoor ambiance while you overlook the lake and nature preserve. Enjoy your meals at the large 10 person outdoor table. Or relax in the outdoor living area while having your morning coffee, or while watching the kids play in the pool after a fun day of visiting Disney or Universal Studios. The large covered area also features 2 couches, 2 comfy chairs with a footstool, along with a 55" smart TV. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The TV can be viewed from either the outdoor living room area or the eating area as it can be angled in either direction. The 4 sun loungers will beckon you to bask in the Florida sunshine and unwind amidst the beautiful surroundings of Solterra Resort. The pool and lanai are south west facing so you can enjoy afternoon sun by the pool, and the incredible Florida sunsets.

GAMES ROOM
The games room features table tennis, an air hockey table, foosball, and a basketball shooting game. With a TV, bar table and stools, this room is sure to please.

Solterra Sunset Villa is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Stay cool with central air conditioning, one unit for each floor. Stay connected with high speed WiFi, and rest assured knowing that fresh towels and linens are provided. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to indulge your culinary desires, while the washer and dryer inside the villa offer added convenience. Additional amenities include hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board, ensuring you're well taken care of during your stay.

To enhance your experience, optional amenities are available. Pool heat can be added for $35 per day + taxes, allowing you to enjoy warm water throughout your stay. A BBQ rental option is also available for $80 per stay, perfect for savouring outdoor meals with loved ones.

Note to our guests:

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- No street parking is permitted. Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk. Cars that violate this will be towed at the guests/car owners expense. Some extra parking spots may be available for guests further down the street in marked parking spots. Keep in mind that these spots are not reserved and may not be available. (Limit of 4 cars per house).
- After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
- Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. - Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
- The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.
- There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell, as well as a pool equipment, aside yard and driveway camera. There are no cameras in any private areas or on the pool deck.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage collection comes daily each morning. Please place trash in the box in front of the garage.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY if the owner has to send someone out to fix or repair damages incurred by the guests for extra cleaning.
